Welcome to DomainSpace, a software-as-a-service platform ("SaaS") provided by DomainSpace ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using our SaaS, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our SaaS.

Description of Service

Our SaaS provides domain sales. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our SaaS, or any part thereof, with or without notice to you.

Registration

In order to use our SaaS, you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.

Use of Service

You agree to use our SaaS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to, use our SaaS:

• In any manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• To transmit, distribute, or store material that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
• To transmit, distribute, or store material that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• To transmit, distribute, or store unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials; or
• To engage in any other activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful to us or any third party.

Intellectual Property

Our SaaS and all content and materials included on it, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of DomainSpace or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our SaaS and its content and materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or materials on our SaaS for any other purpose without the prior written consent of DomainSpace.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SaaS AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS INCLUDED ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SaaS OR ANY CONTENT OR MATERIALS ON IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SaaS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
